The Voice of Your Customer is a minority owned marketing firm in Cincinnati, Ohio, that assists clients to penetrate niche markets. Our client list includes government agencies, businesses, schools, health care providers and non-profit organizations. Our research and training facilities, call center, and community partnerships enable us to assist our clients to create raving fans and to increase profitability by improving employee retention, establishing industry recognition, and building a competitive advantage.

We understand that each client has different objectives when designing marketing programs. We have assembled a few case studies to illustrate how we have helped our clients identify, penetrate and change the behaviors of a variety of populations.

Media and Social Marketing Campaigns

Due to the nature of our work, we do not identify many of our clients for whom we complete mystery observations. References for these efforts are available upon request.

Project Groundwork
Project Groundwork features more than 300 projects that have been designed to increase the capacity of the sewers and the treatment plants, and better control storm water. The Voice of Your Customer was contracted to test a series of brand designs and promotional concepts designed to promote the initiative. The Voice of Your Customer conducted focus groups with residents of Hamilton County (Ohio) and provided recommendations used to develop a marketing and media campaign.

Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky African American Chamber of Commerce
The African American Chamber mission is to establish, cultivate, and strengthen consumer and business relationships; provide access to major corporate markets for our members to help increase business opportunities; and assist in developing strategic partnerships and alliances for the purpose of strengthening and growing the business community. The Voice of Your Customer conducted focus groups and in-depth interviews with members to test a series of brand concepts and provided recommendations used to revise the logo based on member feedback.


University Anti-Tobacco Campaign - Best Government Campaign
tobacco awardThe Voice of Your Customer was contracted to complete a major research, strategic plan and anti-tobacco social marketing campaign intended to enforce the standard social experience of socializing among college students without the use of tobacco at the University of Toledo. Campaign initiatives included: four social events, a hip hop concert, radio advertising, promotional items, press releases, a website, a facebook Page and a MySpace Page.


Minority Health Month Media Campaign - Best Multicultural Campaign
April is Minority Health Month! The Voice of Your Customer was contracted to promote the activities and initiatives of the locally funded agencies here in Cincinnati. The campaign included market research, paid advertising, traditional public relations strategies, online initiatives, and collateral materials.


Cincinnati Bed Bug Conference
The city of Cincinnati is predominately comprised of old buildings, a harborage for bedbugs. The Voice of Your Customer was contracted to complete the following tasks: Media Development and Buys, Marketing, Publicity, Event Planning, Post Event Management.


Street Car Forum Media Campaign
The Voice of Your Customer was contracted to implement a grass roots marketing campaign to increase awareness and participation in a forum to discuss the design and construction of an inner city street car initiative. Campaign strategies included direct mail, telemarketing, and social media initiatives.


HIP Loan Program Media Campaign Best Community Relations Campaign
The Voice of Your Customer was contracted to complete the HIP Loan Program Media Campaign to encourage residents to take advantage of a reduced interest rate for property improvement loans. Campaign initiatives included: market research, paid advertising, traditional public relations strategies, online promotions, direct mail, collateral materials and community presentations.


Media Campaign - African Americans
The Voice of Your Customer was contracted to implement a media campaign designed to develop organizational partnerships, raise awareness, and encourage referrals where there are the highest populations of African Americans who have vision loss. Campaign initiatives included: direct and email mail initiatives, traditional public relations strategies, community presentations, and social media tactics.
