Cincinnati Regional AIDS Group Program Assessment
The Voice of Your Customer was contracted to evaluate the comprehensive HIV prevention plan in Hamilton, Clermont and Butler Counties (Ohio). Using structured interviews, focus group sessions, and secondary research, The Voice of Your Customer assessed the existing HIV prevention and intervention initiatives and offered recommendations to reverse unhealthy trends within four specific populations.


Tobacco Workplace Toolkit Documentation Assessment
The Voice of Your Customer was contracted to conduct structured interviews with small business owners representing target populations in Ohio to assess the cultural appropriateness and competence of the tobacco-free workplace document series. The Voice of Your Customer offered recommendations to create a user friendly document series and to identify opportunities to assist small business owners to comply with Ohio’s Indoor Smoking Ban.


Resident Family Planning Needs Assessment
The Voice of Your Customer was contracted to assess the family planning needs of nineteen counties in Ohio that have no state-funded family planning services. The Voice of Your Customer conducted structured interviews with health care providers and administrators and offered recommendations to allocate and prioritize resources to improve family planning services for residents of the targeted counties.


Early Childhood Education Data Plan Project Development
The Voice of Your Customer was contracted to assist a collective group of key stakeholders in the Cincinnati Region to develop and implement a data management system and infrastructure that measures children’s preschool progress and identifies opportunities to improve kindergarten readiness through quality early childhood education. The Voice of Your Customer conducted focus groups and facilitated meetings with members of the collective group, assimilated participant feedback, and offered recommendations for an effective program implementation.


Tobacco Prevention African American Male Health Research Project
The Voice of Your Customer was contracted to conduct focus groups with African American male smokers who are at risk for lung cancer in seven urban cities in Ohio. The aim of the study was to document their experiences with lung cancer, barriers to quitting smoking, perceived benefits of quitting, and ideal marketing elements for future campaigns. All focus group sessions were recorded to video which will be used to raise awareness and influence attitudes about lung cancer from tobacco use.


Ryan White Part C Program Strategic Planning Initiative
The Voice of Your Customer was contracted to assist a Ryan White Part C Program funded agency to develop a strategic plan to support outpatient HIV early intervention services and ambulatory care in 24 rural and Appalachian counties. The Voice of Your Customer designed and facilitated strategic planning sessions, completed primary and secondary research, and developed a three year plan to meet program objectives.


HIV Peer Education Focus Group Project
Peer educators conducted focus groups with persons living in Cincinnati with HIV/AIDS in four targeted populations. The Voice of Your Customer was contracted to assimilate the primary data, conduct secondary research, and offer recommendations for allocated resources and additional research initiatives.
